Had to request a room change because the first room had a horrendous odor. New room had wet carpet and the floors in the bathroom were dirty and had not been swept, the mini soaps provided had been used by a previous tenant and not replaced. A few hours after check-in, the desk clerk used her key and attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing her presence with no justification for why she was trying to come in. Overall terrible experience.

First off they told me the site lies about rooms on there website and tells them just to give any room second the rooms are very unclean if the floor was clean I’d say it’s better than the beds the manager is useless I’m not sure there’s any amenity’s to speak off looked like they kept there lobby locked up If you want a dirty spot that smells like weed and cigarettes and half working AC this place is perfect

I was not pleased with our stay at all. We have stayed at this property in the past for years and this was the worst condition I have seen the property. The bathroom needs some work done as well as some updates. My daughter spotted a roach on top of the refrigerator and the front desk staff advised there was nothing that could be done unless we wanted roach spray. I tried to speak with the manager at checkout and was advised he was not in office at that time and wasn’t provided any type of apology or even advised the manager would reach out. I was given an explanation that a company sprays at a certain time of month and the room must have been occupied and the company was unable to treat the room at that time. My family and I don’t plan on staying at this establishment in the future.
