Phenomenal service. Beautiful, clean & well maintained property. Excellent restaurants. 10 out of 10 will go again.

This is an ok place to stay. But the cheapness came through in the fact that we stayed 2 nights and had only 1 bathtowel each for both nites, and they were threadbare. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap to wash your hands. The size of a quarter. Only 1 wastebasket for the entire room. Microwave was discolored with age. The bathtub shower had those attached to the wall dispensers which had Dial soap. Yuk. I chose this hotel because it had a tub I could use for soaks but it did not have a stopper to keep water in!? I would not stay here again, on the top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean marred by 2 huge cables. This place was overpriced for what we got.

Rooms was dirty, screen door was ripped. The rooms had a musty smell to it. Oh, microwave didn't have no knobs on it. Refrigerator didn't have no freezer on it. The floors was dirty in room has old furniture in there. Balcony has bird feces on the balcony

They do not have an on-site office. You have to go to another property and they don’t tell you that until you arrive. The room is very basic. Lots of rules and lots of signs and the young woman that greeted me made it feel like an interrogation asking me all kinds of questions even though I tried to engage in conversation with her. The fan was stuck on and ran on high all night and the light switch was broken. Even at 50% occupancy at $200 a night they should be able to keep a property up when collecting $3000 or $4000 per month for less than 200 ft.².

Room was clean, check in was quick, and bed was good. Be prepared for the loud car noises in the morning but overall it was good.

5 stars, and if we could go higher, we would! This was one of the best family stays we have had so far. The beach was so close, and the town had so many great things to see and experience. The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the managing agency stayed connected the whole time, so we never had to wonder about anything. The neighbourhood was quiet, the home was beautiful, and every little detail was appreciated, even the sandcastle building toys! We are so grateful for such a beautiful trip. Well done. We will be back!

We were a bit concerned after reading the online reviews after booking, but we had a great stay. Room was clean, noise level was normal for a hotel and staff was really nice. One of the few hotels the entire family got a really good night sleep in. We would stay here again!
