Wonderful experience, the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and cleaned to perfection each day, definitely recommend staying here!

The property is quite dated & needs a lot of work! Had issue with tub that wouldn’t drain & had to call front desk. Maintenance Engineer did come to room promptly and upon using a snake removed a gross huge clump of hair. All the chairs in the lobby had big stains on them - hard to believe this wasn’t addressed when it’s a first impression. Walls are paper thin. On the plus side the location is great & all staff we worked with were friendly/polite. We ended up staying here due to limited availability elsewhere in town because of two big events in Newport. Had to pay ridiculous amount for hotel in need of much updating & maintenance ($750 per night for first 2 nights & $400 for 3rd night). I would not recommend this property even though it’s in prime location.
