Basic immenities were not available like cream and even cups at the coffee station. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was a mix up with the room. I reserved a king room and we received a room with two queen beds. We had to move rooms after unpacking. The front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about simple questions. The hotel needs to be updated and it definitely needs new management. During happy hour, there was no white wine and very little red. For almost $200 a night, this hotel should have been more accommodating.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was incredibly lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay back in this hotel anytime.

There was nothing unique about this property. I thought based on the Hilton name it would have been better. The I’ve machines were broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a ziplock bag of ice. One of the elevators was broken so you had to use the elevator in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and please consider an indoor pool for year round use.
