Every detail was considered at Lake Placid Stagecoach. Our suite was perfect, comfortable, spacious yet cozy. Kelly and team thought of everything. Also, the service, food and cocktails at the restaurant was so so good. Make sure to make reservations to secure your spot for a great dinner experience!

Property is gorgeous and convenient location. The place is very cute but our room was pretty dirty. Musty smell, cobwebs, dirty comforter with no top sheet as a barrier, etc. otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was convenient to the Wild Center and decently priced. But there were several issues. Our family had two rooms. Neither was ready at check-in time, and one we had to call about because we didn’t get our room information an hour and a half later. The automated texts in these situations were inaccurate with time expectations. The next morning, our check out time was 11am. We had a link to let the hotel know when you checked out. At 9:30, we were not ready to leave yet, but housekeeping was aggressively knocking on doors to see if they could turn the room. After getting in late, that felt extra annoying - I’m not getting the time I paid for. And breakfast items were not restocked. People wiped out the grab and go so that by 9am they were totally out of granola bars, bagels, etc. - one lonely yogurt and cereal remained. Trash in that area also didn’t get cleared. It was overflowing when we checked in. The 9-5 pool was very disappointing, too, especially since we weren’t even able to check in until after 5. Overall, it’s an ok hotel room-wise, but we’re did not get much more out of it.
