Had a good stay. The bed was old from four years ago. I was in the same room with the same flat bed. The furniture is old. The room is designed nice but needs upgrades. Tub is ok but the features are broken. The room was so warm and cozy. I loved the shower with the glass. If the room was upgraded it will be amazing

Parking was easy. Shower head had a leak to the point where it was almost unusable. Toilet was clogged and no remotes were available for the TV. This was my second visit. First visit was great. Second one not so much.

For starters the hotel is dirty and smells of smoke. Pictures do not look anything like the actual room. Bed was horrible with a spring poking through the bed. Stains on the sheets. Those were minor however compared to having no hot water to shower and at some point over night there was loud music and what sounded like a fight in the parking lot. The next morning when I went to the office they stated they couldn't do anything because the manager would not be in for the next 2 days. They refused to credit my second day despite checking out.

Among the cigarette burnt sheets, strangers hair strands and smell of stale smoke and bleach, the mirrored cieling was very tight and i quite enjoyed the large jacooz bubble bath. I also enjoyed the paper “bath mat” with the swan graphic. Stay safe out there
