The room and layout and space was lovely . That I highly recommend, there just happened to be some police activity in the lobby upon arrival and at first the key to my room didn't work. These were the things that kept this review from being 5 star.

Not enough light in room. Room was not made up on the days it was supposed to be made up. Bathroom had to be kept closed so it would stay warm. Parking lot was not appropriately plowed.
