The shuttle driver was 45 minutes past the time he was "suppose " to circle around. The hotel called. He clearly had been sleeping and it was 12:30 am...delays and missed flights...i was tired as well. When we got to the hotel, he reached from the front seat and slung the door adjar....its ok, I'm a healthy 70 year old woman, he is 25 ish....sarcasm. There wasn't much to eat for the breakfast..i got a bagel, the coffe machine wasn't working. The bed was comfy, room was ok. The shampoo dispenser was empty...no towels...am I stupid? I didn't realize you had to go to the front desk and ask for towels??? I dried off with a washcloth and hand towel.

Great hotel

The room is great, really big, clean, with great amenities. There's a nice bar area for drinks and snacks. Unfortunately the woman who checked us in was completely disinterested and not at all friendly. Not an amazing welcome on our first day in New York. Also the bike, cross trainer and some of the weights machines didn't work in the gym

Good place to stay close to the airport

A good place to stay close to the airport. Shuttle worked well and on time. A little hiccup at check in as I booked and pre-paid the room at the time of the booking which was a few months ago but staff said it wasn’t so I had to look up credit card statement which took a while since I didn’t remember exactly which month this transaction occurred. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and limited but sufficient enough. Though when you don’t have too many choices for breakfast you should make sure that it’s plenty. They ran out of muffins which would have been nice to have with my coffee. Overall, good simple place to stay and reasonable price.

I’ve stayed at this l park on before and had a decent experience but this time around it was pretty negative. I will probably avoid this location going forward. The front desk attendant was very standoffish and unfriendly — she gave us the wrong times for breakfast (gave us the weekday time instead of weekend). Overall not the best first impression. Our room was clean but missing shower gel (we didn’t notice until after midnight because we had been out all day in nyc so by then we couldn’t ask for a refill) and the toilet made a high pitched sound when flushed. Another major drawback was the very limited parking spaces. So be aware of that before booking here. It wasn’t the best experience this time around which is unfortunate because our previous visit was fine. Also, if you want to check in early it will be a $75 charge.

Everything was good, but it advertised a room with a bathtub, yet there wasn't anh bathtub in the room. Staff was kind enough to try to ammend the issue, but ultimately they changed me to a room that still had no bathtub. They did their best to try and correct my issue, even at 11pm but maybe not even them are sure what ia in each room.
