Clean, friendly staff, very large room, smart TV so you can use your apps, sink in living room area, tv tray at couch. I only had to stay 1 night but everything went smoothly and i would use this place again. Only bad thing is that the zootopia sloths can get you up and down faster than their elevator.

Awful experience. The shuttle driver arrived over an hour late upon pickup. During another transport, I had to catch the hotel across the street shuttle. Upon check in, the TV didn’t work-we had to change rooms. The new room’s shower has cold water. We had to take a shower in another room. They never answered the front desk calls. Waffle maker didn’t work. Nonchalant attitude about everything. I experienced poor service during a previous visit. Worse Hampton Inn ever!!
