We had never been before. We should have asked to be poolside. Smoking areas were too close to doors and corridors. I wish I knew there were full time residents. Some were a bit sketchy looking. Biggest complaint was smoking areas. Too many too close

This hotel and suites is completely comfortable, clean, has plenty of free on-site parking, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a few minute drive to the actual town of New Hope, but for the price and convenience of a place to stay, it can’t be beat!

What was disappointing was the promotional materials stated dinner was available every day starting about 5 PM This was a major deciding factor for our choice of the hotel. However upon entering the dinning room at about 5:30 PM, there was a very big group of people around the piano singing at the top of their lungs. It was now that we learned that there was a standard group sing there every Thursday. Not having a choice at this time to go elsewhere, we had to sit at the bar and have dinner with an exceptional noisy sing going on. This was quite unpleasant. This should have been stated in the promotional materials so that a guest could plane on dinner elsewhere on Thursday. Not good at all.

Nice clean hotel

The rooms were very much out dated you could tell it use to be a Ramada Inn. I did not feel as safe here, as other hotels. The prices were higher for what you actually got.

We have stayed at the hotel on 2 prior occasions and always found the property to be excellent. This visit, the pool was not clean. There were dirty towels and linens in one of the rooms upon check in. None of the rooms were cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Very disappointed as we have always enjoyed staying here.

We only stayed one night - I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid to be honest. Nothing wrong with that place but I have stayed in nice places for the same amount. It is pet friendly so I appreciate and I would stay again maybe during a different time.
