Rooms are dirty and musty, doors and vents are rusty, windows look like they haven’t been washed in years. Will never stay here again!

The walls are paper thin in this hotel. I was unlucky the people above us were partying well after 11pm and the people next to us were chatting away at 7am the next morning. I sleep with ear plugs in and I could still hear them.

The initial check in was not a good one. The room we were given was dusty n the mold n mildew smell when we opened door was so strong my throat started bothering me immediately, it was horrible there was foam caulk piled on floor by corner of room by window where water must have come in n they did a sloppy quick fix, the mildew hit me immediately. We asked for another room n the next room was clean but sink was clogged water wouldnt go down and exaust fan ran continuously no switch to turn off so we did not sleep all night. Asked to be moved again and finally was given a decent room. As for hotel we were not happy with the fact the room they thought was clean enough to actually give to someone was not even cked before but the front desk girl named ANDREA was so sweet, and accommodating. She was the reason we stayed if it weren't for her we would have left the first day. It definitely needs a face lift, and the few rooms facing the pool need some revamping, and new furniture. The walls were patched, door frame was masking taped, and the tv cabinet was cracked and broken. As for the breakfast it was ok, we went out to eat but they do have a variety of things to pick from. Again ANDREA was fantastic, she really went out of her way to help us. Thank you to her.

The woman who checked me in was very nice and did her very best to accommodate me. She told me to call her if I needed anything. When I called to report an incident, the fellow who answered the phone would not put her on the line to speak with me. He was rude.
