Everything was unique especially the automated system. Enjoyed the spa. We had some difficulty using the living room tv. Could not find local channels. Everything was LG channels. Otherwise the location, decor and amenities was extraordinary. We will tell our friends about this wonderful place.

Breakfast was self serve was good Staff were wonderful and was very clean Great place to stay

It’s a great hotel for a quick stop over. Comfortable beds. I had to spend one night picking up my new puppy nearby and wonderful that it’s pet friendly. We both had a great sleep!

This was a very well kept and comfortable property. It had all the amenities required. There was a fair amount of road noise as the street outside is fairly busy, but that was minor.

Room was not clean. Room smelled musty, we spent the day in the sunroom. I was at the Pines over Thanksgiving, minimal staff, bar and spa closed. No morning coffee in the lobby. A bus tour came through, cookies and punch were put out for them, with a note that regular guests should not have any. A fire in the fireplace would have been nice in the evening. And of course, the elevator was not working, which meant carrying luggage up and down stairs. Not very festive for the Holiday
