The housekeepers knocked on my door twice even though I said I was doing late checkout the day before. With one actually entering my room. The room was comfortable. The door keys were problematic. The free morning coffee was horrible. The staff were great. Parking was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Small things were missing. Daily room service had to be requested. No dirty clothes bag in the closet. Window blind got stuck after I closed it. Never could figure out how to get the sound to work on the television. Waffles were good. Easy to access but probably needs better signage. Bed slept well and shower and stuff all worked great. Short commode was a bit of a peeve. Ice machine worked and had ice. It and vending machines were available on the same floor I was on.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and great location.
