Since, it was raining a lot in Hanoi when we arrived. We had to move to smaller room because there was a leak. The hotel is a bit old but ok and doable. Close proximity to some areas. Wish it wasn’t raining. And we could’ve enjoyed to explore the surrounding area.

Hotel facities were excellent. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and very convenient location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Will stay there again

Staff were excellent. The room I was given did not have a window or balcony so that was bad. Small room but clean and neat. Location was very good.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Fantastic location with good amenities.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel Located on a quiet street, unfortunately there was construction down the street. Close to the lake which made it very convenient.
