Awesome atmosphere, great place!

The support service was poor. After I complained about the issues in the room, after 24 hours, the cleaning staff temporarily tried to address the issue. There is no maintenance on the site. It is shared with another site. The room was clean when I checked in but during my stay of 3 days the room was not cleaned. The balcony was clean. The building and room code was sent at 3:50 pm. At least the building should have been opened for little early arrival with access to bathrooms, There general area should be kept open until check in time with one support staff to answer questions around 4 pm for couple of hours. The phones were very busy around 4:00 pm. I would rather pay for support staff in general overheads than not having anybody during check in time. The virtual support does not work; especially, when the facility is isolated and nearest facilities for food is 10 miles away. The other guests seem to be confused about check in process and waiting outside to resolve check in issues. I will not book in any facility where there is nobody available to resolve issues, if any.

It was amazing checking was at 4:00 and I was trying to get in early cuz of traveling even though the room wasn't ready they let me get into the pool while I was in the pool really eventually got a room eady which was excellent I didn't even know it was raining
