Staff is very helpful and friendly, clean, good breakfast (included), near from all Venice attraction, but quite.

Close to airport with convenient shuttle service. Room was small and shabby. Management and Dining staff were very nice. Restaurant was just OK, but what to be expected at an airport hotel. Breakfast looked extensive, but we had to leave before it opened.

We were there twice. First room had a shower that went from hot to cold and then off. Quite annoying. 2nd room was better but hotel is old and needs a redo.

Pros: Ideal location, building is stunning in a historically luxurious way, bathroom was huge and water pressure was superb. Cons: Room did not match any photos online when booking and was slightly disappointing compared to the photos of the example rooms. Carpeted rooms. Library and terrace bar were not open as incentivized.

I stayed at this hotel once before and had a great experience and that is why I booked it again. Breakfast is wonderful, staff is friendly and speaks English which is good for us non Italian speakers.
