Booking was deceptive. Stated Nassau's newest, all-inclusive, adult only resort. The image that gives is a newly built resort. The building was probably built in the 60s with stains & leaking ceilings. The water view from my friends room overlooked the garage dump next door. The pool was under construction & only other pool was the lap pool. The rooms were clean except for the one overlooking the dump. The tub was corroding & she had no shampoo or body soap like our rooms & had to ask twice to get them brought up. The staff was wonderful & friendly. The buffet was great! The one outside bar was good with friendly staff. The Majestic Tours located at this property I would not recommend at all. The Land tour with local food & rum tasking was a joke. We were supposed to be out front at 8am, which we thought was early, but got up to meet them. They never showed so we checked with front desk who called them. They cancelled because only us 3 & rescheduled for noon. They were also our airport shuttle & communication was very poor. If we had waited around for them, we would have missed our flight.

Stayed from 9/23-9/26. Okay stay, food options extremely limited to just the buffet (sit to order restaurant at night) and the poolside eatery. Both had great food but just disappointing that it’s “all inclusive” but half the restaurant options were closed and we weren’t made aware. The main pool was closed to maintenance which we knew but having that and half the eating options felt like a waste of money, we ended up spending a lot of our time & money at Atlantis across the street. Should’ve just booked there instead. Drink & staff were amazing. Rooms could’ve been a little bit more decorated, cleaner and updated, they also gave us a conjoining room annoying the hotel wasn’t even that book to have to do that. NO TYPE OF STREAMING SERVICES OR AIRPLAY ON TVs, OMG IN 2025 were stuck with cable, which is kinda annoying since you can’t really watch a movie or show you want with the other guest in your room you know. No included excursions or trips in this “all inclusive”. If it wasn’t for the day passes at Atlantis across the street I would’ve been very upset. Consider other non all inclusive resorts in comparison to this one, you might spend way more unexpected to have a good time because this resort options are so limited.

I recently stayed at the Warwick property and was very disappointed with my experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool area, which turned out to be completely under construction. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or during the booking process, which felt misleading. On top of that, the staff was far from welcoming. Instead of being greeted with warmth and hospitality, the interactions came across as indifferent and unhelpful. Between the lack of transparency about the amenities and the unwelcoming atmosphere, my stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property until they improve both communication and customer service.

Staff are amazing, very helpful and respectful, food in buffet is amazing, beach is quiet but be aware that this hotel is on a bay not a real beach, there is an area for you to swim and is safe but not like real beach

Upon arrival we learned the big beautiful pool was closed, then learned all the specialty restaurants were closed. The food available at the buffet was not good. Most employees seemed put out by us and other visitors. Drinks at the bar were limited, when bars were open. We left the property most days to eat and get drinks. Made the “all inclusive” of our stay not worth it. When we left, they called us a taxi - old van, no AC. Our room was clean, best feature.
