Nice place for the value

The staff is extra friendly and accommodating. The grounds are clean despite the strong stench of mildew throughout. The Lavazza coffee machine in the lobby is a plus, Edgewater Grill is nice, and the shuttle to Atlantis makes it feel as if you’re not missing out. I would return in the future, if given the opportunity. A-/B+

Me and my husband met up with friends here and had the best time! The staff was so nice and always made us feel welcome. It’s truly an all inclusive and you don’t even have to leave the resort to be entertained. Star greeted us and helped us with our luggage and gave us a welcome drink! You can choose between alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks. The food options were great! We had Nathaniel as our waiter when we ate breakfast and lunch at the verandah. Top notch service from him! He already knew what we wanted to drink when we got there and always kept our drinks full. This was our first experience with an all inclusive and we will definitely be back! The pool and beach part was also so nice! They have plenty of seats around the pool and beach, along with plenty of shade. Towels are provided for the pools and if you decide to ride there shuttle to cabbage beach. If you want to travel to Nassau to explore, star will also call you a cab to get you to where you need to go. They also have great housekeeping and will replenish your room with free bottles of water and soda.

Some staff are extremely friendly with great customer service while some are very rude one being the female manager . The MAIN problem I had was when I arrived to check in, the manager told me there will be an additional fee of $30 a day for myself and my husband for staying on the resort because I booked through a third party. However on their website it says $20 a day . When I confronted Marvin the other manger upon checkout about why I was charged $30 a day instead of the $20 a day that was noted on their website he couldn’t give a valid reason to why I was overcharged . Customer service overall is mediocre. The hotel hallway smelled like sewage as there is no humidifier. The water in the bathroom also had a foul odor with weak water pressure . I will not come back to this hotel

If you like loud rap music and noisy people, you will like this place. If you like average food you will like this place. Not a relaxing place. Not what we expected. On a brighter note there were lovely boats sailing by a lot.
