Beautiful ocean view , wonderful pool. Staff was excellent and always made us feel welcome . The Riu pool games are so much fun! They offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, DJ and more . The music at the pool and venues was phenomenal! (2000s music) the food had such a wide selection, but my favorite was the breakfast. 1000/10! Everything was included . Good and drinks ! But back to the staff . They were incredible , helpful, kind and fun . They made us feel welcome and special . Thank you Riu and I would love to stay again !

Our stay at Hotel Riu Paradise Island in the Bahamas was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly staff and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of comfort and luxury without feeling overly crowded. The pool area was another highlight. It was large, clean, and so peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The vibe at the pool was always calm, which made it a great place to unwind. The location couldn’t have been better. We loved that it was close to the famous Atlantis resort, which is a must-see for visitors to the Bahamas. You can easily explore Atlantis, but Hotel Riu is just far enough to offer a more relaxed, quieter retreat when you're done for the day. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend Hotel Riu to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the Bahamas. We will definitely be going back!

The food was amazing. If you arrive during snack time there is a limited bar however breakfast and dinner were amazing.

Property is well maintained. Staff has no idea what customer service is… but this is not just at the hotel… everywhere in Bahamas you will be lucky if you find someone nice. Hotel tells you you have to book for dinners 2 days in advance other than that they do not have availability you have to speak at the restaurant; you go to the restaurant and they are empty but tell you they have no space. You offer $20 they make up the space, if it wasn’t all inclusive I would understand but being all inclusive and having to pay to sit on the restaurant. Also you can only get 1 appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert not all inclusive as in other all inclusive hotels. It has a good location and beach is beautiful for like a getaway not bad …

I have escalated my stay issue to Expedia because I would like Expedia to refund me $500 of my hotel stay considering the horrible experience that was had let’s start with the check in process. Upon check in the receptionists were disrespectful con artists that proceeded to upsell me to pay extra to check in earlier which should be illegal. Upon room retrieval the room was not the ocean view room that was paid for through Expedia. Furthermore still not providing the room through upgraded payment, providing the same Exact room with the same exact Blocked view on the other side of the hotel There after the service from management nonexistent and Aggressive to embarrass and argue with me screaming that it Is Expedia’s fault That the rooms Are not displayed properly on your website. Taking away not one but two days of my Three night vacation switching me to different rooms. Secondly the rooms were damaged with holes In the chairs, sheets and towels. The food was poorly managed. I could easily sue the resort for labeling the food salmon when it is indeed turkey improperly labeling the food with no remorse or service making me so sick for the remaining day and fly back home. Also the horrendous treatment through the tropical storm With No safety reassurance or entertainment options to lift the spirits of the guests during that scary time with subjecting us guests to Walk 12 fli
