Great staff, gave us a refund as the room was atrocious, greasy and smelled like urine. Police also arrived to pick up someone. Stay away unless you are of the element that stay there!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo South - Perrysburg by IHG
This hotel is relatively new compared to ones in the area and it was a little run down but it was fairly clean. We were local coming for a weekend to swim and the pool was ice cold. Not even lukewarm. It was very disappointing.

The room needed updates and repairs - grouting in the tub area was discoloring and missing, bolts that anchored the toilet were missing the coverings, sheets did not fit properly and were sliding off the mattress, sheets were also thin and worn.
