Stayed in the renovated luxury rooms which have been nicely done. I didn't use any of the facilities so cannot comment on those. Positives - Bed, dining table and chairs were nice and comfortable. Aircon worked well, kept the room warm and the renovated bathroom looks good. Plenty of parking. Negatives - No shower curtain, water splashes over the bathroom floor. Fine for first user but anyone after is standing in water or using towels to dry. No wall between bedrooms. There are thin wardrobe doors between the rooms as opposed to a wall, it's weird. Housekeeping - I stayed 2 nights and had towels replaced (a must given the shower situation) but they were just left outside my door along with several other rooms towels and flannels. Were still there in the morning so I suspect housekeeping forgot them and no one checked. I had ants in the kitchen of my room. Given the speed they got there I suspect it happens regularly but there was no fly spray or any other remedy. Lastly the reception staff seemed very disinterested in having me as a guest. She was efficient at check-in, but didn't smile or show any welcoming emotion, just factual and robotic as if it was a bit of an inconvenience I was there. Overall the stay was good but there definitely things that could have been done better.

Cramped parking outside the unit, but the unit meet my expectations. Didn't enjoy the front office person's assumption that I would smoke or vape inside the room, and emphasis on the dire consequences of doing so.

parking for a utility was problematic inasmuch as if left little room for others entering a cramped parking area. the tv control instructions would've made sense if they had said the mute volume control button tilts away from you for increase and tilts towards you for volume decrease. We only discovered this after several hours....
