Front desk staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had a small hiccup with the under ground parking and the front desk was a great help. That being said the underground parking is small and fills up quickly which can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening.

Parking was fine. The only issue we see the problem with ventilation in the rooms. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom that makes the room smell for obvious reasons after using the washroom.
