FALSE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF JUST PAST MIDNIGHT. EVERYONE MADE WAY TO STREET LEVEL. NO STAFF CAME OUTSIDE TO ADVISE GUESTS. WAITED OUTSIDE WITH CROWD. GUESTS WENT BACK IN OF OWN ACCORD AFTER BEING GIVEN NO UPDATES FROM STAFF. FOUND A STAFF MEMBER AT 2ND FLOOR OF EMERGENCY USE ONLY STAIRS OFFERING BOW AND APOLOGY. NOTHING SHARED OR POSTED NEXT DAY. RUINED OUR SLEEP.
ELEVATORS EXPERIENCE WAS WORST. ONLY 2 TINY ELEVATORS FOR ENTIRE HOTEL. TOOK WAY TOO LONG ALMOST EVERY RIDE. AND, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE STAIRS AT ALL. EVEN ON 3RD FLOOR, WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 3 ELEVATOR RIDES TO GET GOING FOR THE DAY.
TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET 1 FLOOR DOWN TO DO LAUNDRY. ONLY 2 MACHINES IN LADIES BATH. TOOK 2.5 HOURS TO DO A LOAD.
WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. CHECK IN TOOK LONG. SOME STAFF DO NOT KNOW ENGLISH AND DO NOT USE TRANSLATORS. BRUSHED ME OFF WHEN COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING (I KNOW JAPANESE, SO I COULD UNDERSTAND STAFF'S MUMBLING). MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENT TO RETRIEVE LOST SOCK LEFT IN LAUNDRY ROOM.
