Alexandra the host at the luxury suites was amazing! So helpful, so friendly, couldn’t have hoped for any better service! She recommended and organised booking a dinner for us at Rizez in Fira which was amazing, the best meal we had, she had great suggestions all trip! Hotel was perfect location 2 minute walk from the beach and the strip of bars and restaurants along the beachfront, everything you needed to not leave the area, plus the bus stop was right outside the hotel for a 15 minute bus into most of the popular tourist towns nearby! Breakfast was great, service was great and the luxury rooms were amazing! Absolutely nothing it complain about! Hats off also for the frozen liquid outside the pint glasses keeping your beers by the pool freezing cold until you finished them, they seemed to have a great finishing touch to everything!

There are stairs and there are stairs. These are stairs! We counted 100 from the room to the road and they are natural steps and uneven. On the other side of the scale is the caldera view that takes your breath away. The hotel has a nice swimming pool (not heated) and a place to get a good breakfast. We would have wished for more amenities given the price but alas. The location is in This Stefani, a 15 min walk from This proper. There is a small stretch with restaurants and shops. Bus connections are not great. Best to walk down to the bus terminal in Thia and go from there. The hotel staff was just lovely and very helpful.

The front desk (morning) person, she was fantastic! She helped us to schedule riders and restaurant. She showed us how to go around Santorini. I recommend to stay at this hotel. Looking for to come back!

We had the best stay possible at the Grand Ambassador Santorini. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the island and helpful during all times. Our room was clean and we had an excellent ocean view. The view within the property is breathtaking! The restaurant was amazing with wonderful staff, as well. 10/10 hotel experience! We would definitely stay here again.

You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.
