I have been to this area multiple times since the late 90s, but this was my first time taking my family there so I wanted to be special. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations in every way: service, the room, the hotel, location, and food. The hotel and rooms are charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommended for anybody looking for a peaceful stay!

We loved this lovely hotel! It's small and personable. The gardens are impeccably maintained. The pool area was a pleasure and it has a private beach access! Few hotels in Trancoso have this. The staff is wonderful. Fluent Spanish speaker and several who spoke English. The food was excellent. We especially loved the breakfast buffet. We normally don't like them but this one was different everyday with many wonderful options. Close to El Cuadrado, an amazing shopping area that has plenty of restaurant choices.

The freshness of the food was less than I expected.

The property is beautiful, located steps from the Quadrado. Staff very friendly and professional.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Possible bed bugs... Too many bites after the first night sleeping.
