I like everything except the bed . The bed need to be fix or change. I was expecting refresh the room with fresh towels may be just my expectations like a hotel hospitality service Beside these everything thing what you provided are excellent Thanks

Location was perfect walking distance to casino, seaport, waterfront & public gardens. Room had good layout with separate living space and full kitchen. Breakfast included was helpful to start day without having to spend $$$. My main reason for a low rating is that my stay was from Sunday to Sunday and no room cleaning was done until Thursday after I called the day before. We almost ran out of toilet paper and use the same towels. The front desk said they only clean every 2 days and they already missed half the week and will only get it cleaned twice before I leave which I thought was wrong. They did come to clean the last three days of our stay and didn’t like that I had to ask for a common hotel service. This is the reason that it gets only a 3 star

Unfortunately our room needed maintenance. The air-conditioning had been leaking for a while as the skirting was stained and mouldy and the rug was wet The cover was off the radiator. The room wasn't serviced fully as the bed wasn't made and a dirty rag was left by the basin. A shame as the first time we stayed the room was great.
