Our family ran into unexpected passport issues and were tuned away at the gate from our flight to Venice (family in tears, we missed two full days of our trip). We tried to do a partial cancellation with this hotel via the Hotels.com service team but they ended up not responding to that team after initially asking us for additional documentation for our situation (which we did end up providing). I was hoping for more compassion for our situation from the hotel vs. not responding at all to follow-ups. Can’t speak about the hotel quality itself, but the service is definitely not recommended.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Fantastic hotel! Located very conveniently to so many great spots. The family room was ideal four our family of four with two teenagers. The staff was incredibly kind and the bar was beautiful. Highly recommend

This hotel is right on the grand canal. Perfect for water travel from the airport. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Quiet location. Excellent bar.

It's very close to the vaporetto stop, just around a minute walk. The hotel sends direction on how to get there a few days before the reserved arrival date. The a/c is working well, perfect for a very hot day outside. It was generally quiet.

Nice place, good breakfast and very near all the sightseeing areas. Staff very nice.

This hotel is phenomenal. Super clean. Very roomy. The most amazing staff. Super nice, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Well worth every penny. The location is also great. It’s quite but close enough to everything. Loved our stay.
