The place was great but my TV or my hair dryer did not work. I should’ve called the front desk but it really didn’t bother me much. This hotel is conveniently located by a train station that can take you anywhere you want to go. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend if you’re visiting Munich. We came for Oktoberfest so it was perfect.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean and nice. Parking as great and close to the train station to help you get around. The breakfast is amazing as well. Would definitely recommend staying here

Very nice hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms. Hotel only about 5 years old so everything is clean and in good repair. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Close to transit for quick access to city sites.

I enjoyed how close this property was to the Riem S-2 station. Only a five minutes walk and I’m anywhere in Munich I want to be. This property was also only a 20 minute walk to the Riem Arcaden mall, so I had shopping options too. I didn’t like that this property didn’t have refrigerator or tea kettle in the room. When I asked for a tea kettle, I received it, but I needed to ask for one.

The property is well located especially if you are attending a conference at ICM. Good train and bus connections into the centre as well. Few issues with the room though- would be useful if they had basic tea coffee kettle in room, was sad to see was not there. The pillows were so bad and not fluffed at all - actually had neck pain sleeping on it. The curtains were not black out and in a hotel you expect these basic things. Also, I was in the room one afternoon when housekeeping came and did not clean the room then but then they did not bother to return instead put a do not disturb sign on my door which I didn't ask for. So my towels and room wasn't cleaned for more than 36 hours. So a few things especially being an IHG member I didn't expect!
