AdvaStay by King's is centrally located near the main train station. Great location, good choice of breakfast at the King's hotel right across the street and Munich is a great city to visit.

The check in process was not easy. The key card was never dispensed from the machine. We had to call and speak to several people before we got our room key.

We had the best hotel room ever here! Two floors with two bedrooms, walking closet, a kitchenette and dining area, and outdoor patio! Beautiful views of the city center from the patio.

I was not able to attend my reservation due to a natural disaster in my city at the time of booking. Despite having a valid reason for my inability to attend the hotel as scheduled. The hotel staff refused to offer any kind of compensation as I did not take out their optional insurance policy. I would warn any traveller NOT to book and PAY in advance as you will not be given a refund. The best thing you can do is offer to PAY on arrival, thus avoiding costly fees because they are only interested in making money.

Walls are paper thin. Up all night because somebody was using a sex toy in the next room and it was loud. I will never go to a hotel that doesn’t have live people at the front desk. We had to check in on a kiosk and had issues

This property is in close proximity to the train station which is a plus. Nice and friendly staffs that offered free breakfast for the delay in check-in that we experienced. Room is decent and clean. Our room is parallel to the street so you can hear the light rail if your windows are open which was in our case we had to open the room window facing the street because our room is warm and thermostat is not working well. Its was an okay stay. It could be better but we stayed only for 3 nights and we got by just fine.

Hotel was nice, but the room was overall dusty. Noises are heard wery clear from the other rooms and street. Airconditioning didn't work properly. Plus points were excellent location and easy to find. Check in was easy whitout staff and we got everything ready before the stay. I recommend the near by bar Kosmos and Bayern football fan bar. They use cash only.
