It is really well located. My room was small, bathroom was excellent. No air conditioning and it was noisy. the whole “tech” check-in is a bit of a drag I was there for 10 days and the cleaning service colleted my trash on the second day and forgot about me. My bathroom trash can was overflowing, They also never bothered to replace the towels after a few days nor properly clean the room. Not the service I expected.

The location was great, close to old town, yet quiet. The check in was contactless and difficult. Be sure to read the email yhat is sent from the hotel. Lastly while the room was clean, it was smaller than the photo of the room i thgought we booked. And if you want a full service cleaning during your stay there is a 35 euro charge for each time, ee stayed for 6 days.

Great location, short walk from Isartor station which has so many connections. Hotel is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with essentials such as adaptor, hair dryer, etc.

A hideously priced youth hostel. A two-night stay cost me over 900 Euros, all for a spartan room with no amenities, and with no service cleaning or making up of the room. The "human-less" check-in was horrendous, with some guests experiencing real problems. Given that they only have a single check-in station, I can only imagine the wait when multiple guests are trying to check in. Definitely an awful choice

Really easy to access both physically and electronically, instructions were really clear. This is a wonderful property in a brilliant location within walking distance from all the main attractions and shopping areas. The room was immaculate and very cosy. The check-in system is hassle free and any staff that we did bump in to were extremely pleasant.

The hotel was walking distance from all of the things we wanted - except Munich HBF (assuming you have heavy suitcases). Before you book, please understand that the check-in is online via a form and you will then receive access instructions. Somehow, we missed this step and were alone in the foyer unable to checkin with no staff present. We were unable to call through to the number provided. The lovely gentleman at the connected restaurant next door helped us get in contact with hotel staff, but keep this in mind depending on your arrival time. We had a lovely view of the street from our room and the handwritten note in our room was a homely gesture. The staff member during the day was very helpful with local knowledge. Would definitely recommend, just ensure that you reach out regarding check-in.

Probably the most surprising hotel of the trip - extremely enjoyable. Maybe our largest room too. Unfortunately we had to navigate steps to get to the elevator which is ok unless you can navigate steps. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage or bad knees but doable. Not something that would make up not stay here but don't need a wheelchair either. Breakfast was very good and accommodating. Reasonable for the area. Very nice breakfast staff and very good front desk. Public transportation was very good but if you have large luggage or a lot, take and Uber or taxi. We'd stay here again for sure. Very walkable to the main Christmas Market which was a key for us here.
