"Did the job well!"
Staying overnight in Mundo and needed somewhere clean and quiet to sleep. Did the job fine. Room rather hot though but very clean and decent breakfast.

"Beautiful setting and excellent food."
We have been to the Sea Marge before and had been given a "Dining Experience" gift voucher as a present so decided to stay overnight as well. We pushed the boat out a bit to choose a Deluxe room with a sea view and were very pleased to have a large room with 4-poster bed and seating area and an almost equally large bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The staff are very efficient without ever being intrusive and the meal we had was an excellent 7 courses - even where there was a particular item that we didn't like, alternatives were offered without any issue. Breakfast was an extra £9.95 pp but was excellent value and we were fortunate to arrive just when a window table had been vacated. A 30 second wait for it to be reset was all that was asked. Our favourite activity when staying (or just visiting the area) is to walk down to Cromer through the golf course and then back along the beach - or vice-versa and the hotel staff wee more than happy for us to leave our car in the car park to do this prior to check-in. All in all, an experience we will undoubtedly repeat at this fine hotel.

"Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff"
The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Chris who seemed to be on duty the whole time but was always smiling). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The restaurant in the hotel is really truly very good too. Recommended.

"Great little B&B!"
The owner went above and beyond to be helpful. It felt like we were staying with a friend. There was a good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer and the location is fairly quiet despite being on a main road in Bacton. The room we had was at the back of the B&B with a view over the fields. It was small but perfectly comfortable. There is a beach is about 15-20 mins stroll away and there is also a great pub down the road called Poachers Pocket with views overlooking the sea. This B&B also has a private pool that can be hired out which really sets it apart from other B&B's in town. All in all we really loved staying here and would definitely recommend!

"Lovely hotel and beer garden"
The hotel and staff were lovely, unfortunately our stay was disturbed by the rowing couple next door who caused quite a disturbance throughout the night. The attendant was very kind to remove the breakfast from our bill when he heard of our ordeal during the night.

"Lovely family run hotel"
We were very pleased with our choice of hotel for our one night stay in Cromer for the 'Folk on the Pier' festival. We'd had a 4 hour drive & had booked into a concert starting at 2pm so we were very grateful to be given an early check-in. It was a lovely walk through the woods at the back of the hotel grounds to the beach/pier. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious!

"Luxury family-run boutique hotel"
My family and I stayed at Norfolk Mead over half term and, ever since, have been telling everyone we know that they should stay there. It's beautiful, with a lovely garden and all the touches you would expect from a luxury boutique hotel. However, it is reasonably priced (4 of us stayed in Blackberry Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), particularly with an excellent breakfast for all of us included in the price. What made Norfolk Mead stand out for us was the fact it is family-run: the staff were outstanding and obviously really cared about us having a perfect stay in Norfolk, going above and beyond to help us make plans and make nice additions to the stay for the kids (so much so that the children wrote thank you letters!) as well as collecting feedback on what they could do to improve even more. Highly recommend. A real gem

Mundesley is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Mundesley, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Mundesley hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
