Our room and the rest of the hotel was very well maintained and modern. We loved all the extra amenities like a large selection of breakfast food (including hot items) at the complimentary breakfast. We also LOVED the free coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate too. The coffee was ground right there and SO good. The staff was so nice and room was very comfortable.

Lisa was off the charts! Above the bar! Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! This is an individual who stays at hotels frequently throughout the week all across the United States in my travels. Lisa, my lady, well done!

Check in staff was short a curt. Charged a parking fee upon arrival that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process. The lot was 2/3 empty in a college town and the fee was $5.35. Really strange. Room was clean and comfortable.
