1)Water never got hot enough for me, so my shower was not very pleasant. 2)The person/people above me were loud when they were walking around in the middle of the night. None of the electrical outlets works, too loose. the Bathroom floor was very sticky. The door card keys failed a few times during our stay, had to go to front desk to replace. Breakfast was good. Employees were very nice.
