Hotel locations was good and convenient. Upon checking they did good welcome. But we didn’t get the room service what promised to us. We called multiple time to service desk. All we got we are checking. And after some point of time they have stopped answering our call. During check out when I complained all they said sorry about. It. We didn’t expect this kind of service from 5 star hotels like Taj.

Lovely memory in Taj Palace Hotel

It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay .

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service and attention to detail were unmatched. Everything was beautiful, clean and service was prompt. I had breakfast and dine at Loya and the food was delicious. The experience at Loya was top tier. If you want a luxury experience in Mumbai, this is the place stay.
