Lovely new hotel, very automated (electronic door locks that I struggled with). Parking was extra (and didn’t really looked secure). But all very nice, a good 24/7 bakery is a bit along the street.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff and no issues at all with the property. It is a little out of the city centre but there’s a tram and bus stop a few minutes walk away. Also a 24hr petrol station for things like water, drinks etc a minute away which was handy

The fit and finish furnishings decor were all outstanding, location on the river just added to the experience

Lovely boutique style hotel in beautiful rural surroundings. Staff attentive, polite and happy. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed for a good rest. Only slight negative was the restaurant on site was not available due to minimal staff on shift (Monday). Plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive but sometimes after a long day of travel etc using the hotel’s amenities is preferred choice. I will definitely stay again but book a table well in advance to ensure I have a fuller experience.

The staff was pleasant and always helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Check In was very slow and it took almost 30 minutes to check in due to a queue of about 6 people ahead of me. The one person handling check in tried her best and then, finally, someone came to help her. The hotel itself was good and breakfast was excellent though very expensive.
