Overall the place was fine. We would not return however since the beach access was terrible. We had to drag our beach cart up a loose SAN steep incline to and from the beach or carry it loaded down several flights of stairs. Othe hotel have a ramp or mat to the the harder sand. This was almost impossible. We tried to find a more convenient beach entrance.

The staff were very friendly at the inn. The breakfast lady kept an exceptionally clean area and the breakfast was more than adequate. The location was great even though our room was not oceanfront, the access was great. The inn is very old although it has been remodeled. There is no elevator and our room was located in the 500 area and it was extremely difficult for our aged bodies to navigate getting our belongings in. We were not notified that accessibility would be an issue. The room, although old, was comfortably air conditioned and the beds were comfortable as well.

Ran down nothing like the pictures show. Could hear my neighbors all night loud and clear.

Problem with the ladies at the front desk, they were very matter-of-fact and rude! However, the cleaning staff, were really nice and friendly! I’ve had better breakfast, but it was decent. Your coffee was really good!

Cloth cushions on very old chairs were badly stained. The room smelled old and moldy and there is mold in the shower. Pictures on the web must be 30 years old, as are the bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases, which were thin like crepe paper. No phone in the room. Wi Fi DID NOT WORK. This is a Bait And Switch, the room is not anything like the Web describes. We would not stay in a room that bad, and the old man at the desk just said "Call the third party" NO HELP. We deserve a full refund, but we're being told that we won't get that, losing 75% of our money.
