Loved it there, the staff was nice and very helpful. It’s up the block from my old apartment that I lived for 20yrs so it was nice to be in my old neighborhood and walk to the cafes on Beverly drive

Pool and bar no in service, the floor was dirty when when we got there and we saw cockroaches, the area is cool tho if you wanna have the full hood experience

There is no staff onsite - just an AI Kiosk for checkin and anything you need from staff. Sometimes the "person" on the kiosk is hard to understand. The rooms don't look what is shown on their website or Expedia posting. Four walls and a bed but remaining furniture is not always what is shown. Rooms are clearly older - rugs need attention. Only amenities are an overpriced snack vending machine and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate and flavored water dispensers. Rooms have a musty smell. The requirement for a deposit above the room charge is buried under three+ links for additional "information". Marginally acceptable at the price but won't be back
