It was a cute little place. The bed was more comfortable than the last 2 places we stayed. We rented a room with a pull-out couch. Staff just needs to make sure there is bedding for the pull-out couch if it's listed as a bed. We made due, but that would be my major recommendation.

Overall, great place to stay. We came with family and hung out by the fire pit and played Jenga by the BBQ. rooms were spacious and clean. There is no front desk, which is fine, and they have a 800 number to call with questions and someone always answers. We weren't really accustomed to this and needed towels, but no none was at the hotel. we managed, so not that big of a deal. we will def stay here again next Shasta visit.

I loved the easy check in process. The grounds were well kept, it felt to be an inviting place for me, and my pooch. It had a great chill environment vibe. Room was decorated relevant to the area. I needed a change of accommodations for my returning trip and was delighted with the response that I received. I’ll be visiting there again, for sure.

All good. All the basics. Small suggestion. Please consider mopping the laminate. Cleaners next to me only had a vacuum. My feet were dirty after my shower from walking around the room...stopper in sink was closed so I had to pry up to use sink. However I enjoyed my 2 nights. thank you !

Perfect for people wanting to be outdoors.

Just two nights so we could explore the area and do some hiking. Perfect place to stay. No front desk but they were really responsive by text. Bathrooms don’t have fans, but apparently they are planning a major bathroom renovation soon. The bathrooms were very clean, but definitely old and a reno would be welcome. Beds were comfortable. If we stayed longer we might take advantage of the outdoor gear they provide like bikes. Good quality stay for a good price.

The room was nice. The check in process was difficult. The code we were given wasn’t working so we had to message the phone number since there is no one to check you in. Also the power went out for hours. We heard it was due to a fire nearby but it was still inconvenient .

Room was clean and comfortable, shower was a bit stained on the floor, room was very noisy - heard neighbors on both sides all the time and people walking by the window. Wooden stairs and landings noisy too. Not a great space for quiet or privacy. As check in was online I did not see any staff.

Stay Away

No staff on-site for day of booking. Had to call someone to get a key code for a room that was already occupied! Rooms had no way to secure them from others getting room code and coming in to the room in the middle of the night like we did to another customer. We left the hotel and found another place to stay. Owners refused to provide a refund.
