Charming property! Clean, spacious rooms. A little dated but good bones and service. The restaurant served excellent breakfasts, and the location is conveniently located. Would definitely recommend. Lots of Rivian and Tesla chargers.

Booked the room less than an hour from our arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was adorable. Wish we had more time to stay. This is a great base camp for fun adventures in the area

Stayed here for couple of nights while hiking Shasta trails and waterfalls. This place is close to all the trails. Conviniently located to all dining options and mount Shasta. Very clean rooms and well lit parking lot.

Disappointing

I typically don’t stay at Best Western hotels because they’re all independently owned, which creates inconsistency. I was, however excited to stay here given it was a BW+ and it had a tree house theme. I like the tree house theme but the hotel is rather old and out-dated. The jacuzzi was broken for the duration of our stay and our room was very dirty when we arrived. Several sockets were loose, one lamp was broken, and all of the faucet handles were loose to the point where the water wouldn’t stay on. The air conditioner was caked with dust and had a weird odor, and overall, the room was a bit small for two people. Next time I go to Mount Shasta I’ll look at staying elsewhere.

Front desk was not very friendly. When I said I only need one room card, she said sternly: “No, I always make two, because if you de-magnetize one, you have another one”. She kept reminding me not to put the room card together with my credit card, even my car key. This is so strange. I was never told that before in any other hotels. I guess their room card is made of special material.

Stunning place, views of Mt Shasta on the way. Didn’t know the restaurant close at 9pm, the room is nice. Beautiful area to walk. My two mini dachshund:) so much greenery and nature. Separate but still a has a station close by:) very impressive. First time staying here and very puppy friendly and great parking of your car right by your room

Great location and nice hotel. I loved the indoor pool and how the buildings were all connected so if you stayed when weather is cold, you are not exposed to the outside when going from your room to fitness , pool, or restaurants.
