Novotel Christchurch Airport
Dreadful - oversold our room, left us without a room at the hotel at 1am, with the backup option 15 min shuttle away. Did not let us know ahead of time, instead surprised us upon check in. Stay somewhere else nearby. Disgraceful.

Great spot to stay on our first night after landing in New Zealand. Reasonable distance from the airport, easy walk to the city centre. The Give concept is carried throughout and is an admirable concept. Highly recommend.

Super clean, nice room, great location. Nice work areas with electrical outlets. I did not use the kitchen, but it seemed that those were good as well. They even have a movie night(s) with popcorn and the guests select the movie.

The place was lovely, with the staff being great. It’s looks great but the bed was broken, felt like I slept on an angle the whole night. Towels and robes felt old and scratchy. Otherwise very clean and good service.
