My flight arrived after midnight. Hotel is convenient to the terminal, easy to walk to and check in. Arrived in my room quickly but had to call to get a delivery of towels to my room. Fun towel delivery by robot! Would book again.

I just wanted 2 pairs of slippers

overall pre good, pre comfy and clean. JUST that i called reception for slippers BUT they said "slippers are for members ONLY".... I rather he tell me it is because of environmental friendly that they couldnt offer me one. I love to be your member but not a good first impression... like if there is a charge for slippers I can fork out honestly
