First, the room was clean. However, the shared bathroom was not. Not sure when and how many times per day it’s being cleaned, but the showers were constantly wet and dirty, the sink was wet and in the men part, the toilets were disgusting. There was nowhere to clean shoes so people ended up cleaning them everywhere from the stairs to reception to the showers, leaving them dirty and unusable . People also left their dirty towels in the shower. Food wise, the breakfast burrito was excellent, but the rest of the food was too expensive for average quality at best. Since there isnt much else around, I guess they can afford it. The shuttle to East Mesa Trail to walk to Observation Point was very convenient. Summarized, would not be back, other than for using the shuttle.

What a gorgeous property! This is truly home on the range. Our little cabin had a beautiful view, tons of privacy and all the amenities. The restaurant on site was delicious as well. The horseback ride was incredible and the staff was super friendly! Only thing that would make it better would be a pool or hot tub. Loved this place and wished we had stayed longer!
