Came into room, live cockroach on the floor. Kicked him out, he didn't chip in any cash. Water on the floor in front of the door. No luggage rack, no iron, no soap, no shampoo. Bathroom was filty, the shower curtain rod was barely secured with some makeshift wooden stick that was falling off the wall. Had the 2 saddest flattest pillows in existence. I had to use a towel as an additional pillow. Place is a DUMP.

Clean room, tasteful decor, courteous and helpful staff, great location

Hotel was great, modern, and clean. Loved the pool area with a bar and a large chess game to play. Restaurant was great too we enjoyed that we didn’t have to leave hotel for dinner. Piano player on a Saturday night was a plus too. We enjoyed the hotel. Would recommend if you’re staying in Waco for an evening.

The air conditioning was not engaged. We had to open windows to get the home cooled down. Besides that, we loved the location and conditions of the home. Thank you
