The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, from the start to our checkout we weee treated with grace and smiles and cheer and conversation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a lovely space to stay. And Nelligans was delicious and had delightful cocktails and equally wonderful staff!

I highly recommend Falls Hotel & Spa, the Falls alone are worth 5 Stars.This Hotel is a Must place to stay. Breakfast was very good, and Restaurant Pub was fabulous, with good food, and very friendly / welcoming Staff. Our Room and bathroom was very spacious & comfortable.

Thank you John for letting us stay. Great location to cliffs. 8 minute walk to downtown area. Not a ton of places to eat. But a couple. 2 convent stores. Wish I could have stayed for a month
