It was so nice the restaurant was delicious. Also was cozy and close to city without the noise.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

The only issue was that each time entering the premises, a waft of cigarette smoke came from the adjacent restsurant. I guess it's a Bulgarian norm to allow smoking in Restaurants. As a former smoker it was off putting. However, not enough to take from my enjoyment of Sofia.

I found Dirty sheets, also if the room was cleaned.

Good location

The room was good, and housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast they provide is wonderful - great variety and super fresh. Transportation is easy with buses, streetcars, and metro all within a couple blocks, and it's also easy walking distance to Vitosha and all the sights.our only issue was with a broken safe and a TV that was on the fritz, but if we return to Sofia we'll stay here again.

Helpful and friendly reception desk. Included amenities were unexpected but nice to have. Good location close by city centre
