Moscow Vacation Packages

It’s a budget hotel and very adequate for the price.

Clean efficient room, plenty of space, comfortable. Adequate breakfast. Great amenities for families.

The stay was alright, when checked out was charged by the hotel then 2 days later I was double charged by best western. Staff was no help to retrieve my money back so contacted best western cooperate just to get transferred back to this hotel. They then had me confused with another person, so im not the only one and they informed me to dispute charge with my bank which looks horrible. This place fraudulently charged me and lied that a refund was issued and verified with my bank it never was. A week later still no refund management is unwilling to help, just overall horrible experience that'll cost me double what I was qouted for.

The pictures are deceptive. The building, hallway and rooms are old and there is a terrible odor. The staff was very friendly and overall cleanliness was ok. The carpets in the hallway and rooms are old and smell. Bathroom was dingy.

The property has been remodeled and improvements made that make it a comfortable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, everything worked, and it was not noisy. I was concerned about possible noise from the road nearby, but it quieted after 9:00 pm and ear plugs were given to us. The bathroom was smallish, but not uncomfortably so. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. It was very close to several good restaurants. Staff were very helpful. I appreciated getting a text each morning asking if we needed room service. Check out was also done by text. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. However, staff offered to carry our bags upstairs. I’d definitely stay there again. It was inexpensive, too.

We love the Hotel McCoy! Fun vibe, great staff, location near downtown Pullman and an all around great experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
