The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the supplies were top quality. I recommend it highly for the price it is a great value, the manager is unbelievably nice and accommodating.

Excellent location

Upon check in I asked if the room was accessible and was told it was. The bathroom had no grab bars or other mobility accessible features. First floor location was helpful. My daughter has a disability so our stay was not ideal due to lack of mobility disability amenities in the room. The dining room is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so that was a real bummer.

We loved the location within easy walking distance to favorite Taos spots. The pool was a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. Beautiful place!

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

The hot water didn’t work at all and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of complaints even though we spent over a thousand on three rooms to stay.

El Pueblo is great, so much character and NM charm. It’s clean, well maintained, great breakfast and good location. Staff is always friendly and courteous. We stay here often and we will be back!
