The property was easy to find on the south side of Dayton off the Freeway. The room was clean and quiet (it was previously a BW Plus) even though it was totally booked (U of Dayton parents weekend and Renaissance Fair) for the weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, but I'll give a pass because of the crowd. Parking is deceiving with most of the spots in the back, but ok. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great value for the price I paid. I would stay again.

Quality of toilet paper needs to be improved. At one point there were four parties waiting to check in with no staff member behind the counter to begin checking us in.

For the price it needs to be updated immediately. First room was not up to the standards for the price should have been put out of order. Old mattress and box springs . Bed protectors were completely old and tore up. Box spring and wall had throw up on one both beds took video told front desk. Got moved this room was cleaned better but still outdated went to take a shower before I know it I was standing in water. Drain was not properly draining correctly. I paid to much for 2 nights for my feet to take a bath a horrible breakfast and to have to be on the road for hours to come to a days inn have this experience and never one time get compensated for the inconvenience. This is very unacceptable there should be no excuse for this hotel to be ran like this. I worked in the hotel industry 10 + and never experienced or seen this kind of service from a well known hotel. This is expected at motels ran by the hour

Beautiful facilities as usual! We love staying at this hotel when we are in Yellow Springs. The decor is lovely and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
