Respite after a long day driving !

My room was bright, clean , no odours. Had a quiet sleep , both times I stayed there. Right off the hwy. I recommend this facility, they accommodated my requests being a solo older female traveller. Thank you all !

The staff was great. It didn’t state in the amenities that the rooms had a built in hot plate. The fire alarm went off because 2 doors down from our room a person burnt their curry dinner and didn’t open a window. Due to people cooking in their rooms there are a lot of different smells on the floor. Our room also had lingering cooking smells.

Okay stay. Hotel is showing a bit of wear. The office chair in our room had missing arm parts. The cleaning staff missed cleaning the toilet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best for selection and the breakfast attendant was courteous and made sure everything was fresh and well stocked.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the onsite breakfast. The eggs were runny/wet tasting. The small waffles were soggy and not cooked in the middle in the time allotted. The bacon was so greasy it was inedible. However, the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Except when it came to towels. There were not enough towels in the room for the number of guests. 4 towels for 5 people staying 4 nights makes no sense. I asked for more towels and was told to come to the front desk to get them. That isn't good service to me.
