Clean though lacking breakfast

Nice modern room. Very clean though on the small side. Only complaint is they advertise free breakfast; what a joke. Tea or coffee, yogurt, or Poptart. Very tight parking for pickup trucks.

This is not a fancy spot. It is an old piece of property that has been very cleverly redone to make a clean and pleasant place to stay. It offers a very nice accommodation at a very reasonable price. It is excellent for what it is. It is also very close to downtown.

Road noise is inevitable but having the air conditioning on helps. It's an excellent motel but it is a motel-- no hallways and your car is right outside your door. There's a great coffee shop a few minutes' walk from the motel and a restaurant next door. It's easy walking distance to the town.

Comfortable and clean

Looks like an average street side motel, but it is newly remodeled inside, and very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We left a clothing item, and they called us so we could return to retrieve it. Breakfast is grab&go — coffee, granola bars or pop tarts, yoghurt etc.

Cannot recommend Minecraft

Thus place is an old motor court type of motel. The rooms and the lobby have been ‘refurbished’ (actually cheaply and not very well) so it’s clean. But the rooms are VERY small and the bathroom is barely big enough for one person. The “grab and go” breakfast was a ‘granola bar’ or ‘pop tart’ from Walmart. The coffee was awful. This motel is not staffed 24/7, requires ‘digital check in and check out’, which I do not really care for. And the price was the most I have paid so far per night after being in the road for three nights. I do not recommend it. It was one of the lower rates for lodging in Montrose, CO. There’s a reason why.

Very tidy and clean. Nice decor/style. Newly renovated. Nice place to stay to save money and take day trips to Ouray, Gunnison and Telluride. Excellent value!!!!

Very cute motel renovation. If you are looking for a great deal and dont mind TINY and street noise, then this is a great stay. Too small for me, too much street noise. But again, very cute. There is a communal fire pit area, it was too hot for fire when I visited, but very cute. Tacos and beer is right next door for good eats and drink.

Clean, comfortable but rooms are tiny

Cute redone hotel. The rooms are clean, but oh so tiny. I had a full size suitcase that had zero place to open up except the bed. The bathrooms are also super tiny. For a night, the room was fine. Bed was very comfortable. This is the third time I have stayed here and will stay again.

This motel was conveniently located. It offered a room furnished with items that made my stay even more pleasant. I loved the bathroom and walk in shower. The staff was friendly, curteous and helpful. Tricia was a very sweet lady ready to help replenishing supplies. This was a great experience. There was only one thing I could mention that was a minus. Housekeeping wasn't available during my 3 day stay. Other than that, I loved the place and staff and highly recommend it.

Smallest room ever

Could not even unload our luggage barely had enough room to walk in front of the bed. It was clean will give them that but will never pay almost $200 again to stay there.
