Noted that there were some hairs in the bathroom and shower from the previous guest. No area to put winter boots in the room. Housekeeper entered the room prior to us checking out when we were still getting ready.

The room was tiny and we could have booked elsewhere for two double beds and a bit more room for the same price. Plus, the parking situation was ridiculous. Only 32 spots and it’s first come first served? That should have been stated somewhere clearer.

 Just an FYI, rooms are a lot smaller than expected, European size. Bare Minimum(small fridge). No microwaved in the entire hotel to warm up a muffin.. For the price, paying for location.

I booked online. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and the process was very easy. I was given a great room on the seventh floor. Which was a great view of downtown Montreal. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Thank you for accommodating me when I was suddenly stranded in Montreal.
