Great location! Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast had good selection when staff could keep up. Don't show up 10 minutes before breakfast service ends, though - they are already packing up and don't want you hanging around (and are quite rude about it). If it wasn't for the dining room experience, staff would get a 5 star rating. As attractive as the rooms with 4 beds may appear to be for families, the bunks hanging off the walls are smaller than singles and the other two beds aren't long enough for anyone over 5'8" tall, but they are comfortable for what they are.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was walking distance to things. The staff that works there is very friendly. But I wasn't fond of the breakfast. It was the same thing every day. But the fresh fruit was good and the croissants were very yummy. I stayed on the 10th floor and the gentleman that was cleaning the room. Was very friendly and always in a good, happy mood.

This property was in the right location in town. Super safe and walkable to everywhere. Only downsides were the rooms were very small (and with two twin beds one doesn't have a headboard so your pillow falls off) and parking was very limited. That said, the beds were comfortable, super clean overall, nice staff, breakfast was continental (don't expect much) and it was the right price. You get what you pay for. I would go back.

Hotel is good, but we were given a Roman with clogged sink, it will be appreciated if rooms, water running and everything is checked before giving the room to customers. Room cost with free breakfast was reasonable price.

Excellent location - walking distance to Old Montreal, St Catherine St and Quartier des Spectacles (Place de Arts). Rooms are clean and we were very happy with the breakfast that was provided during our stay.

The place is in heart of downtown. The rooms are smal.the beds are single. The brakfast was terrible. The sraff at dinning was too trrible!! Parking $35 per night expensive compared to outside. I paid for 3 star recived a 2 atar services!

Walkable to China town, Notre Dame, st Catherine street. Very good breakfast which is included in the cost of stay. I find this very convenient specially, with my mom who is 85 yrs old, and need food so can take her meds. No need to walk around to find a breakfast place. includes fruits, hard boiled egg, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc. Family favorite was the freshly baked croissant. The room was very clean and bed was quite comfy. If I would have to say one negative is that room was very small.

We arrived at the property to learn that we had to pay 35$ a night for parking. Not even that, but there was limited parking and couldn't even park in the underground parking. The room was really small. The bed was also hard as a rock, and we had to open the window because the ventilation was so bad, that we couldn't breath well at night. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel and felt unsafe multiple time. I do not recommend.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The photos online suggested a much better quality of the rooms and facilities than what we actually experienced. Cleanliness was poor—the sheets were stained, and there were hairs on the pillowcases, so we had to request a change. The next day, the bathroom was barely cleaned, and on one occasion the coffee supplies were not replenished. Overall, the hotel feels old, with very small rooms and bathrooms, and the standard of cleanliness was consistently low. I would not return, nor would I recommend this hotel.

Our room needed some repairs but otherwise was very clean and quiet. The airport bus stops just in front of the hotel. Walkable to shopping and dining. Next-door to Chinatown.
