It's a great hotel. It's very convenient if you are flying into Montreal, but it's a bit far away from the city. Still, the facilities are great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

During my stay at Novotel, everything from arrival to departure felt seamless and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and professional, with staff greeting me warmly and making sure I felt comfortable from the start. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed—plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, and details that made it feel both stylish and relaxing. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing me to truly rest. What stood out most was the atmosphere of the hotel: calm, elegant, and guest-focused. My honest opinion

The hotel looks good from outside and when you first get in but at the room, everything looks basic, I did not like the room , the bathroom I hate it I’m sorry this is my honest opinion. The bed was making noise, the views from the outside was good, the tv we couldn’t watch much nothing serious, just regular channels, anyway the price I pay for was ok so i guest if you want better you have to pay the price. And the staff was good btw i just rate the hotel overall.
