Stay away from the elevators

Hotel is great, ideally located, clean and friendly staff. But make sure your room is away from the elevators. Except from 2am-4am when they're not used a lot, there's a windnoise every 30 seconds or so from what I suspect is the air pressure build-up in the elevator shaft. The noise is high pitch, similar to an airplane flying nearby every 30 seconds. We were in room 2820, so pretty high but right next to the elevator. We didn't sleep much and complained the next morning. They offered free breakfast.

This hotel is gorgeous, and perfectly located within walking distance of several good restaurants, concert/show venue spaces, and shopping. It was VERY clean and the staff was super friendly. It's also connected to the underground mall/metro access, which was pretty cool. The terrace was closed (looked to be getting renovated), which was a bummer. And there's no pool, but the gym was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!
